宋洋，经济学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。主要研究方向为影子银行系统及金融监管，国际税收，发展经济学和国际经济学。

宋洋博士本科毕业于吉林大学金融学专业，后获得美国天普大学（Temple University）经济学博士学位。曾就职于美国穆迪公司和南卡罗来纳州中小企业发展中心州主管办公室。
